All staff are vetted in accordance with OFSTED and national standards. Care & Management Services are steadfastly committed to the supervision and development of our staff. As an accredited City and Guilds Assessment Centre we are able to facilitate staff achieving QCF in accordance with Ofsted requirements 

We look to recruit from a variety of disciplines. But we also place a heavy emphasis on personal qualities. Staff who are tolerant and patient, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to set and maintain boundaries are likey to have the backdrop for the care our children and young people require.
